We are a small friendly school with an excellent staff. Our priorities are that:
- the children feel safe and welcome
- they are happy and secure
- they achieve at their highest possible level
Our school is well equipped to deliver a curriculum that is exciting, relevant and meets all of the requirements of the National Curriculum.
We believe that working in partnership with parents and carers is essential if we are to support and promote every child’s education and wellbeing. Parents are not only welcome, they are encouraged to speak to their child’s teacher whenever they wish after the school day, or by telephone if they work.
We like to extend the curriculum by offering a range of clubs and experiences for our pupils, for example there are clubs such as a younger dance group for beginners, a group that is for intermediate and advanced that go to the Castle Theatre in Wellingborough every year. When pupils leave this school they can also go to an older dance club called 'Connected'. There is also basketball and football club for Year 3's and over.
We offer a range of clubs at lunch times, and offer breakfast and after school clubs every day.
It is impossible to fully understand any school without coming in to see it in operation and we welcome visits from prospective parents. We are all very proud of our school and our pupils and love the opportunity to show them off.
